Terms & Conditions for Field Trips

Participation Ticket

  1. Each ticket entitles one child to attend the field trip. 
  2. Tickets are non – transferrable.
  3. Tickets are non – refundable, even during non – attendance. 
  4. Parents must ensure that they purchase the correct ticket under their child’s centre. Any changes to incorrect purchases will incur a $10.00 administrative fee. 
  5. Please ensure the reference number is clearly visible on the screenshot of the payment.

Parent Volunteer ( PV ) Ticket

  1. Parents who purchase Parent Volunteer tickets must adhere to the responsibilities of a PV. 
  2. Transport to and fro the centre and field trip venue and entrance fee are included.
  3. Parents must report to the centre and follow the school transport from the centre to the field trip venue.
  4. Parents must follow the assigned teacher and students throughout the entire field trip and return to the centre via the school transport.
  5. Parents are required to inform the centre as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the field trip. 

Terms & Conditions for Water Play Sessions

Participation Ticket

  1. Each ticket entitles one child to attend the water play session. 
  2. Tickets are non – transferrable.
  3. Tickets are non – refundable, even during non – attendance. 
  4. Parents must ensure that they purchase the correct ticket under their child’s centre. Any changes to incorrect purchases will incur a $10.00 administrative fee. 
  5. Please ensure the reference number is clearly visible on the screenshot of the payment.

Transport 

  1. Transport is NOT included in all Water Play tickets. 
  2. For children on school transport, the transporter will directly send the children to the swimming complex ( not applicable for FINAL CALL tickets ).
  3. Parent Volunteers and Accompanying Parents will need to make their way to the pool directly.
  4. For children on Parents Fetch, parents are required to SEND their child to the swimming complex by 8.30 am for the AM session ( applicable for Kindergarten AM session, Childcare HD and FD programme ) and by 12.00 pm for the PM session ( applicable for Kindergarten PM session ).
  5. Children who have purchased the Water Play Session tickets but are sent to the centre on Water Play Day will NOT be transported to the pool.

  5. Parents are required to inform the centre as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the water play session. 

Terms & Conditions for Holiday Programmes, HRF, HJO & YEC Purchases

  1. Purchases will be FINAL. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL.
  2. Tickets are non – transferrable.
  3. Tickets are non – refundable, even during non – attendance. 
  4. Parents must ensure that they purchase the correct ticket under their child’s centre.
  5. Request for changes will be on a case to case basis and will incur a 10% administrative charge ( calculated based on the full amount paid per order number ) or $10 administrative charge, whichever higher.
